How do I give up on gluten? Isn't it in everything? I will definitely cut out some sweets, and up the fruits and veggies. I should probably start taking flax seed again too. Coconut water never helped me before--would coconut oil be any different then?
Gluten is not in everything (yet). It is in wheat products like pasta, bread, baked goods, etc.
Coconut oil is totally
different than coconut water. Coconut water would give me diarrhea immediately. Coconut oil is an anti-inflammatory. You can put it in drinks, shakes (if dairy isn't an issue with you) or just eat a spoonful. I suggest the extra-virgin
type, the other type has been processed more and some good stuff has been removed.
