I have a call into my GI about
this subject, but I thought I'd get the opinions of the experts here on the forum.
For the last 3 1/2 weeks I have been using cortenemas nightly to get a flare-up under control. It worked like a charm. 1 or 2 formed, clean, non-urgent BM's for 3 weeks. The question is getting back to my usual Rowasa for maintenance. Should I stop the cortenemas and go straight to the Rowasa? Or should I alternate the two while slowly phasing out the cortenemas so I'm only on the Rowasa? My goal is Rowasa 2 to 3 nights a week.
