First, listen to your body. It is signalling don't eat that food.
Second, allergy tests are very unreliable. I was tested for gluten and test said no problem. But when went gluten-free my bleeding stopped.
I had no physical manifestations of gluten-intolerance, nothing to tell me it was a problem (well except the bleeding but who knew gluten was causing it?).
Since your test said you are allergic PLUS your body says so you need to stop eating it.
I also couldn't eat yogurt even 24 hr. SCD kind. But after 5.5 months on SCDiet my body was healed enough and now I can eat it with absolutely no problems. I never had a problem with VSL or any other probiotic.
Since you can't take VSL orally what about
an enema of it?
