Your pms is a bear isn't it. Like UC isn't bad enough.
You'll figure it out, what you can cheat with, what you can't.
For a long while caffeine was v. bad for me but now it's OK. For me green tea works, black tea doesn't.
A small amount of reg. coffee in the AM is fine but yesterday DH made it too strong and I was nauseous all day. Today I cut back and he made it weaker (i.e. normal).
Almond meal: not the best for my gut either. I noticed while on vacation and not eating almond meal much and then not at all that I felt better than with it. Perhaps your and my gut are just too fragile to process it well. I definitely have to soak almonds before eating so perhaps the almond meal being unsoaked is our problem.
One piece of chocolate won't kill you but my problem is the addictive nature of sugar. I'm quite serious when I say I can't have any because it turns into an addiction when combined with chocolate. hellokitty said close to the same thing. Sugar is a HUGE PROBLEM. Can you find some SCD legal treats without sugar to get you through?
Try eating a spoonful of thick(chilled) coconut oil mixed with just a little honey or put that on top of something legal, just to kill the crave.
Be strong, but no, one bite of something off-list won't kill you.
