you're welcome. something else I thought of: your insurance company can actually help you understand your bill. I've had the same co. for many many years (yes with many many blood-boiling increases of premium) and have always found them to be helpful when I have a question about
what is covered or why I've gotten a bill from a healthcare provider that I thought was wrong.
In the beginning I (like most people) was soooo not interested in dealing with this crap about
insurance bills. Made my head hurt and was not fun. But if you think of it as earning $XX amount per hour for your time on the phone, saving YOUR MONEY which you can spend on something else (groceries? lol) it gets better.
I've found my ins. co. easier to get help/answers from than medical providers FWIW. And no I have no ties to the insurance industry, I was just self-employed with my spouse for my whole career. It doesn't matter what you do for a living if you're self-employed you have to become an expert in taxes, insurance etc., no one else has your best interests at heart better than you.
