I was on them nightly for about
4 or so months, then tapered to every other night once I had been in a solid remission (NO symptoms) for about
three weeks (and did that for a couple of weeks to make sure everything was ok), then to twice weekly, which is where I've been since.
So, to be clear, if you skip one night, you have symptoms the next day?
I personally think that if you need them to keep your symptoms at bay and stay in remission, it's better to keep using them nightly than to risk flaring. Maybe once you've been in complete remission for a month or so you could try again.
