Does any one think that it would harm the medication if I put a bit of KY Jelly on the canasa suppository to ease insertion?

Nope, it will be fine to use KY.

Nope. If you read the instruction they even mention "add a little lube if necessary."

I don't think it will harm the medication. I use Canasa, and I love it because it really helped my bleeding to stop.
