How are your Vitamin D levels?
Where do you live and how much sun are you getting? Could it be SAD (seasonal affective disorder)?
Could also be anemia. What do your latest blood tests say?
Of course it could be depression. You have a lot of issues evidenced by your number of meds. UC alone is worth some depression.
Have you talked to your PCP lately? Discuss interactions of drugs. It could be hormonal, seasonal.
It may not help your depression but a low-carb low-starch diet could help both UC symptoms as well as lose weight. Win-win. There are many names for the same diet type: Specific Carbohydrate Diet, Paleo, Atkins, etc.
First thing I'd do is talk your PCP and have a blood test for Vit D and anemia.
If not those then move onto other things.
