I've had that on occasion. I think it may have something to do with spasming during peristalsis...especially if it's more of a hurried bm.
It could also be part of reflux. But the nerves in the colon and the nausea centre are connected...I just read that somewhere. Maybe I can find it.
It could mean mild rectal inflammation....or....IBS.
Are you on any fibre supplements? Sometimes that helps to even out the peristalsis and gives exercise to the colon...
