I've been looking through old posts, but still don't see answer to my question in regards to enemas.
Little background: Recently started using enemas for first time. Took for about 5 days straight, no problems keeping them in. Things started to improve... stopped, etc. ... started doing enemas again about a week later. Now I can't seem to keep them in for the life of me. I have tried everything everyone on here has suggested. (laying on left side, not moving, getting air out first, etc)
Can anyone tell me if I only retain for a few minutes, and then expel about 1/2 ish, do you think it is doing any good? I keep getting soo extremely pissed off at myslef for wasting the money. I try so hard, to think about other things, play on my phone, watch tv, lay still, etc.
But then I get that dreadful urge that I have to go.
I did just see an older post that someone suggested not using the whole thing at one time. I think I'll try that tonight.
