Does anybody have a particular type of iron you like/recommend? I know ferrous sulfate can be really hard on the stomach, so I'm going to avoid that kind.
The doctor said to take 150-250 mg a day, but the only kinds I found at Walgreen's that were that high were the ferrous sulfate. All the kinds at Whole Foods were in the 20-30 mg range, but they talked about
being better absorbed, so are they on a different scale or something because they're a different kind of iron?
