hey i have no idea how close you may be to riley childrens hospital but thats where i went and i was treated like the QUEEN OF ENGLAND and a princess of africa and a daughter of the president (there was only 1 nurse i didnt like) look into it and even if you are far away from there it will be worth the trip and if you just make a call ask for dr.rescorla cheif of suergon :D

if you can get into the children's hospital system before you turn 21, they will follow you for life. that is the best case scenario. look online for a children's hospital
location near you and attempt to find a GI there. otherwise, still try looking for a pedi or a pedi transitional doc so that you're being treated by someone who treats others that are closer to your age.
