I have mixed things up recently and have good results. I threw out 2 more new energy powder drinks which created chaos and it was obvious they were to blame.
Here is what works, a bit of old and some new, for most the grains are a no-no but some items might appeal to anyone. I react quickly to UC-unfriendly foods. These items listed below all love me.

Thats all I consume no smoke no booze.
Zero UC symptoms - terrific remission extending into 2nd year.
