Hello everyone - First of all THIS IS NOT SPAM AND I HAVE NOTHING TO GAIN from telling you about this line of products....I don't post on here often but I;m on the forum everyday reading through articles and stories and what not.. I've seen many times people asking about protein supplements for pre and post workout that are Colitis-friendly, and I always hoped to get a good answer myself because I never knew of any.. I've also seen people talking a lot about meal replacements like ensure, which contain a lot of sugars and not so Colitis-friendly ingredients... Well, a buddy of mine, who does not have colitis but is a huge health junky, introduced me to this line of all natural meal replacements and meal supplements made from 100% whole foods... I'm not sure about the rules of posting about products on here so forgive me if i'm breaking any rules but I thought I should let everyone know about a great product that could take some of the guessing out of what to eat next or what to eat while flaring that is not going to adversely effect our conditions... Anyways i've gone on long enough about this you can check out their website and read about their products and make a judgment for yourself on whether or not you think this could benefit you.. Again, THIS IS NOT SPAM AND I WILL NOT GAIN from telling about this product, except for maybe the satisfaction of having others like myself benefit from this.. The product is called LIVING FUEL.... It i quite pricey but it can essentially replace all of your natural supplements you take as it contains a majority of them in one mixture.. So check it out for yourself, or don't, doesn't bother me either way I just thought I should let you know about this product as it could help some of you..

You're right, it is quite pricey, especially for something that's just gonna come out the other end eventually. Why not just make your own protein shake with yogurt, fruit, honey, almond/peanut butter, and an L-glutamine supplement mixed in? It's cheaper and tastes better I would think.

I do make a shake almost exactly like that actually, but this product contains sooo much more that I want to throw in as well.. As well as almost all of the nutrients and vitamins in my vitamins.. For me, this saves a lot of time and cost wise isn't much different than how much I spend on all these supplements anyways, except this way it's in one container bought from one place and saves me a lot of time and is extremely convenient.. Again, I'm not pushing the product just thought I'd let some people know about it. If you're not interested, cool! I won't lose sleep over it lol, just wish someone told me about this a long time ago
