Everyone is different, however I have found that for me.....avoidance of all WHOLE GRAINS are essential is easing UC symptoms. IMO, white sticky rice (Asian style), potatoes, white bread, etc... are better choices than whole grain products like breads, bagels, oatmeal, cereals and such. LOW FIBER= LESS IRRITATION.
