Fatigue could be from many things but heres my suggestion: change the allergy pill you're taking. I've heard that your body can get used to one pill and needs to be re-started by using a different one for a while. In your case switch Allegra to Claritin perhaps.
I haven't had bad allergies for about
20 years but this winter I and my DH got clobbered by an unusually warm winter with no rain to wash the pollen away (driest December in 73 years). Claritin works great for me but we had to try 3 different kinds (Allegra, Zyrtec, Claritin) before DH got relief. For him it's Allegra. I tried Zyrtec and it did nothing for me. Without a pill we are both without energy.
Secondly, both UC and allergy pills require much more drinking of water than average people (we UC-rs are waaay above average
). Dehydration is a real energy killer.
P.S. I live in Florida and it's pollen season NOW lol.
