If you can't tolerate mesalamines, there are other options:
LDN works great, slippery elm powder, L-Glutamine powder, and then there's diet modifications as well. The key to this disease (and actually all disease) is getting the inflammation under control and work towards maintaining an anti-inflammatory lifestyle, diet, etc...
