Sorry for the late reply, I just saw your query.
There are several places to apply the transdermal LDN: top of hands, top of the feet, the back of the forearms - the area adjacent to the wrists - as you can see these are all areas where the skin is thin and the veins are prominent. I highly recommend you alternate out the areas, I.e. one night top of right hand, second night top of left hand, 3rd night top of right foot, 4th night top of left foot....you get the idea.
Itis important to apply it anywhere between 10pm and 2 am. Once you apply the specified demarcated dosage, you rub it in until it disappears and then let it air dry for 10 minutes, you can always wash it off in the morning.
