I have been playing around with what I take over the past year. I was taking a lot of stuff, and have been narrowing things down.
Heres what I am down to:
Multi-Vitamin, calcium supplement, Folic Acid, Krill Oil, Vitamin D (2000 IU/day), Probiotic
What all do you take that you highly reccommend to help stay UC healthy?
diagnosed Ulcerative Colitis, 2005
-tried various meds for a year
got started on Remicade 2006
Rowasa Enemas and Canasa Suppositories during flares
methotrexate- maintenance med
Exercise: 2hrs+ cardio
Diet restrictions: NO DAIRY, NO NUTS, NO BERRIES, NO RAW VEGETABLES, NO CAFFEINE, limited sugar
