I have hemmies too but they always seemed the least of my problems so they were ignored. Your post prompted me to look up the subject to see if there is something I could be pro-active about

what they've tried, etc.
I see that eating more fiber is recommended but for me that is iffy. My gut only likes soluble fiber so that's what I'll stick with for now. Have you tried this ? (fiber I mean)
You don't mention having pain and I don't have it either which is a good thing.
