Hi everybody, bumping my thread again. Feeling great not having any blood or hemmies. 1 BM per day. I always poo quite a lot due to eating nuts as snacks, they tend to do that.
I am still on restricted diet (no gluten, no processed food, no refined sugars only dairy hard cheese) and still taking 4 asacol tablets in the morning. My life is at a stage where I don't feel like experimenting too much with my body so I will probably stay like this for another month or two before starting to change my diet. I will probably add back cream first (when I do feel like I can change my diet) and wait with the rest of the stuff. I find that the hardest thing about
this diet is that you get hungry quite quickly. Smoothies help.
Its kind of nice not having to worry about
gaining weight too!
