Yes I'm a coconut oil believer along with olive oil, fish oil. Really helps with constipation, moving things along in an orderly fashion lol. Also keeps skin and hair looking good from the inside out although I also use coconut oil on my hair ends and skin too.
The above experiment was comparing coconut with sunflower oil. Omega-6 oils like sunflower oil can encourage inflammation if not balanced with other kinds of oil.
