Thanks for posting Seasons.

I see there is a caution to using flaxseed oil due to PUFAs.

That's why I had taken out of my diet.
Rx meds didn't help me. But 4.5 mg LDN +Paleo diet +supplements =REMISSION.Protein shakes w/almond milk,Maca powder,L-Glutamine,D-Ribose,chia seeds.VSL#3,K2,VIt. D3,slippery elm bark powder.For more info,my protocol is the 11th post at this link: http://www.healingwell.com/community/default.aspx?f=38&m=1666318

No problem. That's so great that you are able to figure out what "formula" of things works for you. I had so much remission in the years past...but now it just feel so out of my control. Sx are better but not remission for sure. Still tweaking...

Seasons,

What are you tweaking?
Is anything making a difference?

Mostly my supplements and I also tried to go back to oral LDN using the bottle I had before. Not sure if that is why there is improvment. LDN yahoo boards told be to go down. But I don't have refills so I'd have to get another Rx if want to stay at 3mg. I don't know if I should try and go back to the transdermal

Bumping up this thread in light of fact that I cook a lot with regular (not evoo) olive oil- As far as I can tell the temperatures used in sauteing and grilling are perfectly safe for olive oil, e g

http://www.theolivepress.com/blog/entry/cooking-with-olive-oil-whats-safe/

am I missing something? i am however starting to also use coconut oil and pasture (grass fed cow) butter to add variety... Turns out that I am tolerating coconut oil just fine in cooking, though my wife says it doesnt agree with her palate (personally I love the taste), and virgin coconout oil and pasture butter (obviously I would never ever used hydrogenized) are both quite a bit more expensive than olive oil for cooking. in any case, I have never and would never use vegetable oils, either hot or cold.
