Have you tried L-Threonine amino acid powder?
I've been playing with it, and believe it's actually more effective than L-glutamine.
I've been doing some research and found it's been researched on mice ( yea, only mice ;(
and shown effective at mucosal repair.
I've been taking 2000mg powder ( that's what my scoop is dosed to) in a small amount of water) before going to sleep, and have found it to be a sort of (for lack of better term) "stool compactor". This cocktail tastes sweet, so it's really not bad at all.
What do you think?
