Food Allergy Testing

For anybody who has had a food allergy test done, did you avoid the foods that you were most reactive to afterwards and did you notice any difference on your Colitis or general health?

I did food/environment allergy testing a few months ago in hopes of finding an underlying cause to some pattern of inflammation, but the only thing came back positive was tons of environmental allergies, another sign of immune weakness or overactivity.

It is still very helpful and I would suggest it, but as a standard test for wheat or gluten I doubt it will do good.
