...the longer you go without eating anything processed, your tastebuds adjust...I was about
6 months in when I altered my diet
(listed in my sig below) nothing processed, so no junky foods/candy etc...just fresh whole foods, veggies/fruits, meat, fish, grains etc...I took one of my son's starburst candies (I loved them) and instead of them tasting like I remembered, all I could taste was a chemical flavor...it was gross and I spit it out after a couple of chews....your tastebuds can be altered based on what you eat...I enjoy every healthy mouthful of my new diet and I shocked myself cuz of the way I grew up eating (lots of junk).
I will add, to each their own...I'm not pushing anything onto anyone!
bee propolis caps 500mg one cap twice/day
omegas 369 caps one cap twice/day
probiotics 10 billion cfu once/day
vitamins C-calcium ascorbate (easy on the gut) and vitamin A each once/day
Prodiem fibre supplement one cap before bed
I've also altered my diet (no junky stuff at all, processed, fast-foods, refined sugars, ect) and exercise regularly.
I went from 30+ bloody BM's/day with lots of lower back pain to an average of 5/day no bleeding no back pain and completely formed stools, still have severe urgency issues.
