honestly, i usually have my last meal about 3 hrs before i go to sleep. i don't like having that full feeling in my belly when i'm trying to sleep.
i think the main thing is that when your body is concentrating on sleeping, it's harder for it to put energy into digesting. do you sleep well? i think if you are sleeping ok, then i don't think it's a problem for you.
8 fecal transplants- got worse.
taking- probiotics, vit d, 4.5 mg LDN , l-carnitine, CoQ10, B6, welchol
tried- canasa, pred, 6mp, remicade, rowasa, lialda, entocort, l-glut, vit E enema, VSL enema, aloe vera, NAG, prilosec, zofran, psyllium, bentyl, cipro, flagyl
no meat, dairy, eggs, gluten. include-juices, fruits, veggies, greens, grains, soy, nuts/seeds
