Amazing what you find when no looking specifically for something.
Still trying to determine exactly what hydrothermally processed cereals are, parboiling. AF is antisecretory factor, need to find out how this is stimulated and why it helps. Just starting to research this.
Hopefully it might be something as simple as long cooked oatmeal, cream of wheat, grits. It might already be done due to the process of manufacture, don't know yet.
Still looking, this stuff could something like malted oats.
Puffed cereal may fit,it is hydrothermally treated.
Looking at the first paper it is a malted grain.
Finally found some USA made sprouted grain breads and cereal.
