Who finally gave you the script for it?
You can expect sleep disturbances for the first 2 weeks, until your body adjusts.
A good way to get around that IMO is to take L-threonine amino acid powder at bedtime.
Also, you might get a 24-48 hour type "flu". That's what I got while my immune system was being revved up.
I had a sore throat, headaches, body aches, fever - I didn't take anything for it, and within 48 hours it was gone.
