MaxMilian: yes please pass along that recipe ,sounds like something i would like for breakfast.
if i eat the same thing everyday i get really really bored and then i lose my taste for that food. i mean the thought of that food will make me nausesous.
i like to have eggs and uncured turkey bacon on the weekends when i have time to cook and relax. during the work week some of the things i've eaten are:
rice cakes with sunflower seed butter and spreadable fruit (no sugar)
rice chex cereal with silk almond milk
homemade kefir shakes with frozen fruit (been drinking them for the past 3 mos i guess, and no it has not helped my uc in any way!)
i have come to the conclusion that gluten does not affect my uc, but limiting is better for gas and bloating (more ibs symptoms imo) so i limit it, but this week i had a slice of cinamin raisin bread from trader joes and a banana and found that filling and tasty. i also bought some instant organic all natural oatmeal and that was very filling.
after 3 mos with a liquid breakfast i feel the need for something with texture, iykwim?
