When I am completely in remission, I have no pain, no symptoms, and feel completely normal.
However, I haven't been in remission in over a couple years...
Right now in a pretty bad flare and get the most pain/cramping in the mornings and some in the evenings. Occasionally mid-day, especially after I eat, but the worst is definitely early mornings. If it wakes me up at night, though, which it has been lately, I'm feeling pretty sick. I have been starting to get the nauseated feeling as well, when the cramping is so bad it makes me sick to my stomach and I'm not sure which end to point towards the toilet, LOL. But definitely the worst cramps before and sometimes during a bowel movement.
