I really think it depends from person to person. What may do good for others may do harm to you, so it's like a trial and error thing. Someone on here suggested to me that writing a food journal is good and helps you know which foods are good for you.
Fruits such as bananas and apples (like applesauce) may be safe or fruits that are high in pectin may also be good. It's best to avoid citrusy fruits as this could trigger a flare but again, this could all depend on the person. Some people may be ok with it.
As for veggies, I think steamed carrots, radish, turnip, and pumpkin (without the hard outer skin) may be good, but again, this also would depend on the individual. I recall a post someone posted about how carrots triggered their colon. Something like broccoli could cause a lot of gas. Anyway, you just have to experiment around.
