Thanks to everyone who chimed in. I'm still bouncing between surgery and meds. This is the closest I've ever been to surgery and I'm pretty sure it will come to pass sooner rather than later.
The Wellbutrin is known to have stimulant effects so that's a definite part of it. I am only at the starter dose so the effects aren't as potent. The other night I took two pills 12hrs apart as a test and my Shingles pain (which in my case is a good indication of autoimmune activity) disappeared for a few hours. The pain meds that normally manage that pain hit me like a bus and I realized why normal people think you're "tripping" if you're on the stuff.
I will have another colonoscopy early next year and I'll see if my colon looks clean. Otherwise its time to cut out the problem. I'd rather do it when I'm younger and heal faster not to mention having my mom around to help me while I recover.
To top off this tale of woe, some good news - my nausea and vomiting are just a stomach ulcer from not eating very much of late. Limiting my meat intake and loading up on the fruits/veggies for a month.
