I started taking Aza about 9 months ago 100 mg and if I remember correctly I developed a red rash on my face and neck and chest, I just ignored it and about a month later it was gone.

I've been taking 100 mg Aza ever since but lately my UC has been getting somewhat worse with some bleeding and mucus and just feeling like I should be doing better on this med, so I asked about upping my dose to 150mg and my GI said OK. I've been taking 150mg now for just over a week and I've noticed the following, my urine is very yellow as opposed to clear, I'm a bit dizzy at times, and today I noticed I've got a nice red rash on my face and neck.

Has anyone else had these symptoms when upping their Aza dose, and if you did, did they go away with time???

You should call your doc to be on the safe side. I did get a rash while on 6mp tho - it never really went away. Mine was peri-oral. I did end up going to the doctors for it.
