Yes, I am still using L-Threonine amino acid powder - 2g - which I take in a little water at bedtime. I find it helps me with: sleep, I sleep like a baby now on it, perfectly formed BMs and I do mean perfectly formed, and fibromyalgia pain as well.
I should mention that I still take my daily whey protein shakes - which do in themselves contain L-Threonine as well.
I've come to believe that we all need certain amino acids, and some in bigger quantities than others, and we each need to find the correct ratio that works.
