I'm on day 4 of the plain acacia powder. I've built up slowly from 1 tsp to just less than a tbsp mixed in with diluted acai/pom juice. No difference in symptoms until today. I've only been once today and that was mainly nothing. Maybe it's actually started working, or maybe my colon is just taking a rest from 6-8 bms a day. I'm hoping for the former.
Then again, I've been on 30mg pred for the past week as well. (which could confuse things)
