I totally agree try eliminating the gluten, grains, and dairy. Yes it is very difficult but it comes down to how bad you want to get better.
I found a huge change once I eliminated these things.
Stools were formed and less frequent, blood dissappeared, my skin cleared up, no more bloating, lost a few pounds, and I have more energy.
I eat alot of chicken, fish, beef (occaisionally), white rice and other rice products, cooked veggies, salad when things are good, soy&almond milk, eggs.
