i take about
14,000 iu a day. this is only for the past week or so though. i had been taking a sublingual 10,000 iu most of the year and my levels were 80. when i ran out, i bought a liquid 2000 iu per drop. well, my levels dropped to 40, so now i'm back on my sublingual but i've added in the drops again just so i don't feel like i wasted $20.
obviously, no difference UC wise, but i wasn't taking it for that. i have osteopenia- thanks UC.
