oh i'm so jealous you are doing that stool test! i can't wait to see how it goes. i'm getting my food ige and igg testing done in a few weeks. the ige is $250 and the igg is $220. my insurance won't cover crap unfortunately, but i feel like i really need it done.
i went to a clinic once and the doctor gave me flagyl. it actually helped me. maybe you could try an antibiotic, completely wipe out everything, and then eat tons of probiotic SCD yogurt, acidophilus, kombucha to make sure the good bacteria take over. that's the idea with the fecal transplants anyway.
also, psyllium is like hell in my gut. it ups my frequency and diarrhea a lot.
