I tried to add some amino acids and protein, I don't eat a lot of meat. Now I stick with chicken and avocado every day. Avocado is the only fruit that has all 18 amino acids to create a protein.. They are a good protein source.
If you eat a balanced diet you don't have to worry about
combining proteins or any of that. Your body does it for you. That is a myth that was debunked some time ago but a lot of people still believe it. Avocadoes are great for you however! :)
