So, if you saw my ealier post, I've been in hospital since Tuesday morning.
Spent 24 hours in emerg observation. While a bunch of doctors rotated and saw me during that time, 1 made me think twice about staying put....lol

A general internal medicine doc came by and as he was trying to do his own accessment of my diarreah / pain / dehydration etc.... I told him, I'm a ulcerative colitis patient.

His responce :''where is your UC located? In your small or large bowel?"

Lol if I have been strong enough to walk, I might have left right then and there.

I've had a similar problem. I had one nurse say to me I shouldn't waste their time when I should have been at my doctor's office. And UC isn't an 'emergency' issue.
And both nurse and doctor didn't know the bristol chart.

Sorry that happened.
