I have started to eat more yoghurt and fruit. I have also
had some sun dried tomatoes and 1 piece of fruit cake. I have not had any symptoms
so far!!! I hope it stays this way.
I am now on 35mg of pred as I tapered from 40mg.
I am thinking of introducing muesli for breakfast but I will
look for the ones without refined sugar. Haven’t tried it yet so I don’t know.
