ON3Yahoo: glad you are feeling better :) and while I do not believe food casues or cures flares for alot of people with UC, I do believe that us UC'ers need to figure out what food bothers us and what foods are more soothing for our guts...I say this after trying EVERYTHING, with no sucess.... i do find that eating a handful of raw organic baby spinach leaves almost everynight with dinner is good for formed stools . good luck with all the things you are trying....
JIMBO NZ: the blueberry millet porridge you eat for breakfast sounds interesting, can you share the recipe? I am always looking for new breakfast ideas... I'm in the US and I have never had millet porridge!

tried many many supps/diets/alternative stuff, none worked
