I already take 1Tbsp of the husk powder 2x a day and I take 1 tsp of slippery elm bark powder 2x a day so I would not be easing in. I was mainly wondering if the seed powder still has a bulking effect or if it was more of a healing/soothing effect like slippery elm powder is.
So you get bulking out of seed powder? How much do you take and when?
