Hahahaha soy stud. You make me laugh which is really great right now, I've had so much stress lately!!! I do think that has a lot to do with my colon having a hard time too. It's almost like I could eat awesome but if I stress like crazy I still feel crappy lol

I've always felt dietary mods ALONE are generally not sufficient for anyone in more than a very mild flare. What has worked for me for years is dietary modifications WITH high quality probiotic supplementation to rebuild healthy gut flora, high doses of omega-3 to reduce inflammation and l-glutamine and aloe to help gut healing. I have also been on sulfasalzine/azulfadine, a low maintenance dose, for years. I see no reason why you can't pursue alternative healing methods while using limited meds as necessary.

They are now discovering that leaky gut is present in pretty much everyone with any kind of autoimmune disease - whether it's directly gut-related or not. Because of that, I firmly believe we MUST attempt to isolate and eliminate the foods that trigger symptoms or increase leaky gut. What foods those are will vary with the individual.
