you could just grind off some of the coating to force it to
open sooner. or check into Pentasa, which is not coated. or slow down your transit with lots of Imodium. or it is possible a higher protein diet might raise pH. I think some prorobiotics facilitate pH-raising fermentation - but I am not sure.
But do not obsess about
food, or say things like these pills would dissolve except that "I eat too unhealthy". In past threads it has become pretty clear you obsess over food. Avoid whatever highly processes high-salt high-sugar foods you can, but otherwise you and diet should not even be in the same room without help from a therapist. It is too much of an issue for you, with too many distorted notions.
