Eva. You are correct. I have tried several different supplements for my UC such as VSL#3, peppermint oil, Inflaguard (Boswellia), Omega 3 fish oil, and slippery elm - all of which have idependent medical studies proving their effectiveness in treating UC, at least in some people. There are still several other supplements which I haven't tried yet that also have independent medical studies proving their effectiveness in treating UC. As far as I know there are absolutley no independent medical studies proving that colostrum is effective in treating anything, including UC - except for information provided by the people who are selling the product. You should never believe anything from the information provided by those who are selling that particular product. It should always be verified by independent sources not provided by the seller. This guy keeps on claiming that he has independent testing claiming that he has the only true colostrum product (and nobody else does) but refuses to steer us in the direction that the product actually works in anything. This information should not be provided by him but from sources that are not trying to sell the product. It's disgusting that people like this can scan forums looking for chronically ill people who are desperate.
