I love goat's products. I dont know if it affects me differently than cow's milk cheese, but the fat molecules are smaller so its easier to break down.
I would stick to no lactose cheeses like cheddar, swiss, gouda, pecorino, manchego (sheeps milk). If you dont have lactose problems, then try any goats cheese.
