so mad, my question to you is, why is giving up rice and corn so difficult ?
my transition was, I don't want to flare again, EVER ! so out went the rice and corn - gluten had been out for a while, with an occasional cheat - now, it's ALL GONE -
and I don't do well with nutz, so no flowers ----- so, ya, basically i'm screwed if I wanted to weigh 200 pounds -years ago when I was hitting the gym 6 days a week, and lifting heavy, I still was only about 175-180 - and that was with my grain gut that I could NEVER get rid of - now i'm ok at 155-160
raw goat milk, low sugar fruit, local grown beef and eggs, wild caught salmon, and lots of raw and steamed veggies - I do have a little dark chocolate from time to time, but it tends to loosen things up a bit - not good for everyday -
the longer i'm grain free, the less I miss it - I like feeling good - it's a great motivator for me -
oh yaeh, I almost forgot ........ Bubbies !
