The only thing that works for me is a soothing, healing enema. I let it drip in very slowly with a clamp for 30 minutes, and then I try to hold it as long as possible, until I have to go to the bathroom. Then, for awhile, my abdomen is ok, until I start eating, and it swells up again!!
The enema includes fish oil, a little coconut oil, saline solution (and I add some mineral salts, like Himalayan salts), a little bit of fresh lemon juice for detoxing, and turmeric. I lie in bed on several pads, and put a pillow under my hips.
After you've expelled, (you know), then you can try a probiotic retention enema.
It also helps to expel gas, but it's embarrassing. Margaret
